I practice a person-centered, relationship-based, collaborative approach to my work, and I seek to maintain a practice sensitive to diversity, oppression, and cultural humility.
As a therapist and coach, my role is to listen, witness your experience, offer support, work together with you using appropriate interventions, and provide feedback as you explore the possible barriers to creating the desired change you are seeking. I practice trauma-informed care and deeply value ongoing training and learning.
I work with individuals who desire a deeper connection within themselves and with important people in their lives. This may include family members, intimate partners, friends, and business colleagues. I have a special interest in working with military veterans, first responders, and neurodiverse individuals.
